DIETETICS SERVICES
Our Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) can assess nutritional needs and develop personalised eating plans that consider medical conditions and personal circumstances. APD’s also provide nutrition counselling and support to individuals and groups. APD’s can also provide information on healthy eating, shopping for food, eating out and preparing food at home.
Our services include:

Chronic Health conditions such as Diabetes (Type 1 and 2, Gestational Diabetes, Impaired Glucose Tolerance)

Heart disease, Hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, hypercholesterolaemia

Gastrointestinal disorders, Coeliac disease Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (issues with constipation, diarrhoea, pain, bloating and flatulence)

Weight management, particularly when it affects mobility and ability to undertake physical therapies

Food allergy and intolerance (including elimination diets)

Eating disorders, physical and mental impairments
